Directions
Grind soaked red lentil & Schezwan Sauce together in a mixer grinder adding very little water into smooth paste. Add salt,mix well. Mix cheese, chilli flakes, pizza masala & grated garlic in a bowl and keep aside.
Spread dosa batter on Dosa tava evenly apply butter and sprinkle cheese stuffing all over and cook crispy on medium flame. Roll dosa gently, and transfer in plate.
